Situated within 30 acres of gardens and woodland in a rural North Yorkshire village, but less than five minutes drive from the A1 and motorway links, Monk Fryston Hall Hotel has easy access and is ideally located close to Leeds and York.
The hotel's inspiring oak panelled reception rooms, roaring log fires, galleried landings and original artworks combined with our flexible and friendly service offers an impressive and approachable conference venue.
We provide ample, secure, free car parking on site and have excellent versatile up to date facilities. We have three ground floor meeting rooms with natural daylight and views over our grounds.

We have three rooms available for conferences all are on the ground floor and have natural daylight.
The Haddon Room is oak panelled and has seating capacity as follows:
(4m wide by 12m long). This room also has Wi Fi connection.
Boardroom – 26 persons
Theatre Style – 70 persons
Cabaret/Classroom – 36 persons
‘U’ style – 35 persons
The Rutland Room is adjacent to the Haddon Room and has French Doors which open on to the
Terrace balcony and gardens. (5.25m wide by 7.75m long with a small area taken for a bar facility)
This room also has Wi Fi connection.
Boardroom – 18 persons
Dinner – 18 persons
The Granby Room is also situated on the ground floor and is away from the front lounges and ideal
for boardroom or training meetings. (3.5m wide by 7.3m long) Due to the age of the building and
the thickness of the walls this room doesn’t have the Wi Fi connection.
