CHRISTMAS 3 DAY PACKAGE
Our 3 Day Christmas package cost £415.00 per person
Includes:
Arrive Christmas Eve: With afternoon tea, Four course dinner in the evening and overnight accommodation.
Christmas Day: Awake and come down for a full Yorkshire breakfast, then sit in front of open log fires and read a paper or chat to other guests. Join us for a Five Course Christmas Day Luncheon with half a bottle of house wine per person. In the afternoon we will be serving tea and Christmas cake and in the evening we will be serving a Buffet in the restaurant for residents only and accommodation.
Boxing Day: Awake and come down for a full Yorkshire breakfast, then the day is for you to do with what you want. A trip to the shops or a day at the races, then return in the evening for a Gala 5 Course Dinner, a glass of wine with each course followed by coffee & petit fours and accomodation.
Monday 27th December: Come down for breakfast and then depart and have a save journey home.

Roasted red pepper and tomato soup, Basil infusion
Fantail of seasonal melon with air cured ham, lemon grass and ginger syrup
Caramelised red onion and feta tartlet with sweet Basil pesto and balsamic glaze
Smoked chicken Caesar style salad with herb croutons, shaved Parmesan
and marinated anchovies
Ham hock and parsley terrine with baby caper, shallot vinaigrette and pear chutney

and cranberry sauce
Seared fillet of salmon with crushed potatoes, ginger
and vanilla infused shellfish bisque
Roasted loin of English pork with apricot and thyme compote

Cream of celeriac and stilton soup with white truffle oil
Crown of Galia melon with mango and passion fruit sorbet, cinnamon and mint syrup
Terrine of local game with spiced apple chutney, balsamic and port glaze
Ballotine of salmon, scallops and prawns with caper berries and lime crème fraiche

Roast loin of English pork with apricot and thyme compote, Dijon mustard, brandy and tarragon cream

vanilla and ginger infused shellfish bisque and shellfish foam
